GitTowers

GIT leads the transformation of telecommunications from Peru and extends its reach to the world.

Next-generation connectivity is no longer a distant promise, but a reality that is beginning to take shape in our country. Global Investing Towers (GIT), the Peruvian company that has achieved in just four years what others have not achieved in decades, has just marked a milestone in the telecommunications market thanks to its strategic alliance with Phoenix Tower International (PTI), one of the largest global wireless infrastructure operators with a presence in more than 20 countries and a portfolio of more than 22,000 towers.

This agreement, signed at the end of 2024, includes the construction of infrastructure in rural and peri-urban areas with a special focus on regions such as Puno, Juliaca, Moquegua, Ica, Ayacucho, Junín, Cerro de Pasco, Huancavelica, Lima, Piura, Junín, and Lambayeque. With an initial contract of S/ 200 million, which could be expanded in the coming semesters, GIT has already delivered the first 20 sites in January of this year, and plans to complete all 200 towers by August. These figures are just the beginning of an ambitious plan that, according to the CEO, Frank Del Pino, could scale up to S/ 700 million in joint projects in the next three years.

The partnership with PTI not only represents an economic boost but also a commitment to Peru's digital transformation. The deployment of technologies such as 5G, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things (IoT) will be key to connecting communities that have been marginalized until now, bringing them development opportunities with access to education and information. This will also translate into faster and more reliable services for users and greater competitiveness for businesses, not to mention the creation of local jobs in the medium term. Although GIT is a young brand, its DNA is cemented by 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector. As a specialized branch of the construction company TivalSac, its team has been trained both locally and abroad, combining international certifications with in-depth knowledge of the Peruvian market.

"We are expanding contracts with top-five companies worldwide. This partnership underscores our commitment to the country's digital transformation and to positioning ourselves as leaders in the region.", señaló Del Pino.

Besides, GIT is not only consolidating in Peru: the company has already launched operations in the Dominican Republic and is evaluating opportunities in markets as diverse as Venezuela and Australia. This bold step confirms that its vision knows no boundaries, consolidating the brand as a key player in global connectivity.

In this way, Global Investing Towers is projected as the cornerstone of a new era for telecommunications in Peru, connecting the country with the future and exporting its successful model to the rest of the world.
